My practice is located at 120 W 7th St., Suite 108 in Bloomington, Indiana. My office is on the first floor of the City Center building at 7th and College. I share office suite 108 with a few other providers. Take a seat in the waiting room and I will meet you there at the time of your appointment. Here are directions.
